Kids WB announces Fall 2005 lineup

Read about it here.

Pretty much confirms what I was thinking. That the KC Grand Prix and final arc will make up season five.

And according to TV Tome...

4Kids have today released details of the first season 3 DVD release. Due on March 8, "Back to Battle City" (Volume 3.1) will include the first four episodes of season 3 - the entire "Back to Battle City" duel and the first part of "The Darkness Returns".

In addition to the standard DVD/VHS release, an exclusive Starter Box will be available from Target stores starting April 5. The starter set includes an art box which will allow fans to store additional season-three DVDs and also includes a bonus Yu-Gi-Oh! yo-yo.

The individual DVD is priced at $14.98 while the Starter Box will set you back an extra $10.

It's interesting that they're skipping the whole Noah arc on the DVDs. I wonder if they'll release the whole Season 3 as a box set or something later?

I won't really miss it, myself, but I wonder why they're doing it. I thought that arc was fairly popular.

I was kind of hoping they'd stick KC Grand Prix at the end of Season 4, so I could just ignore the whole season all in one convenient package...

I hope so. 4Kids is troublesome with their release strategy at times.

At least we (probably) won't have a long wait for the conclusion of Waking the Dragons. Apparently in the UK/Canada, the current season ended there with the penultimate episode airing and then that's it til the fall.
